Stop Censorship Now

The Bloggy Blog

Here I shall post random stuff. And maybe sometimes an update on my boring life.

annetdonahue:

The importance of consent: a narrative.

How is this the importance of consent? He touched her in a non violent or threatening way, and instead of telling him that she didn’t want her knee to be touched she hurt him. It would be justified to hurt him if she had told him to stop and he didn’t, but it’s not justified to hit someone for touching you. Are people supposed to ask for consent before they touch your knee in a friendly manner? Do the denizens of tumblr really find it justified to hit someone for touching you in a non-threatening manner?

This post is a part of the despicable part of tumblr.
